Unfortunately for many teenagers, their struggles, fears, and frustrations can lead to negative thoughts.  Some of these negative thoughts may even include thoughts of suicide, but it is so important to know that if you are having suicidal thoughts, you are not alone.  There are ways to cope with your feelings that will lead to living and not taking your own life.  It is vital that you take steps to live your life and learn to cope.  If you feel like you still cannot deal with it, then please ask for help.  Asking for help proves that you are a strong person, because people who are weak cannot ask for help.  The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is available twenty-four hours a day, each day.  It is also confidential and a free service.  There are people that will be there for you because they truly care.  If you feel like you need some help with coping, then follow some of these steps, and they will surely help you on your journey through life.
